Delighted with the confirmation that Waitrose are not only continuing with this scheme to put fresh Dorset Lamb on their counters from January to May, but want to extend the available dates and the numbers of lambs brought forward. With this years lambing due to start in early September - next week!, we had already committed our businesses to the Waitrose scheme. Clearly the the scheme works for them and it certainly does for us.
